Yes! All new neighborhoods get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After 7 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the platform.
What happens if we exceed our member limit?
You'll be charged the overage rate per additional member per month. For example, if you have the Community plan (50 members) and add 5 more members, you'll pay $29.99 + ($0.50 × 5) = $32.49/month.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
