Neighborhood administrators must:

• Not create overlapping neighborhoods within 1 mile of existing ones

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent alerts
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)

7. Content and Safety Alerts

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to display and distribute it through the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your alerts.

Important: IceLookout is a community awareness tool, not an emergency response system. Always call 911 for emergencies. We are not liable for response times or outcomes.

The Service uses location data to provide geofencing and mapping features. By using location-based features, you consent to collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location accuracy may vary and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
